1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RPG Adventure Studio (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RPG Adventure Studio provides a web-based toolkit for designing, testing, and publishing tile-based role-playing games. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service ("User Content"), including tiles, maps, characters, monsters, items, and quests. By publishing User Content publicly through the Service, you grant other users a limited license to access and play that content through the Service.

You represent that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) upload unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringing content; (b) attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service; (c) use the Service to distribute malware or unsolicited communications; (d) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and built-in assets, is owned by RPG Adventure Studio and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RPG Adventure Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
